We are looking for a Creative Video Designer who is ready to blend human creativity with the speed of AI. You will join a team that turns assets into high-converting ads for the world’s biggest social platforms.
Your mission
- Concept & Storyboarding: Develop high-impact creative concepts and storyboards for mobile-first platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google).
- Video Editing: Transform UGC and raw footage into "thumb-stopping" ads that deliver results.
- AI Integration: Use GenAI tools to automate workflows, experiment with new visual styles, and enhance production without losing the human touch.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of projects from the first brainstorm to the final export, ensuring everything is platform-optimized.
Your skills
- Experience: 3-5 years in a creative agency, production house, or digital media environment.
- Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- AI Curiosity: A strong experience with GenAI tools (Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, etc.) to elevate your work.
- Platform Knowledge: A deep understanding of what makes a TikTok trend or an Instagram Reel successful.
- English Proficiency: Working level English. You should be comfortable understanding project briefs and discussing your creative work with the team.
- Mindset: A "Ninesixteener" attitude: proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
